Packaging: All products are packaged to maximize freezer life, freshness, and overall quality. This is achieved through the use of vacuum packing, freezer paper, and other effective packaging materials. Each package has the USDA inspection designation and lot number, the cut, and the actual weight, plus carries the official label of McLaughlin Ranch, the mark of our commitment to quality and transparency.

How to Get Some: Contact us for USDA steaks, roasts, ground beef, organ meats, and assorted bones available now. We have beef inventory in Kent, Washington with all cuts subject to availability, available for pickup or delivery, depending on order quantity.
The Siren Tavern Frozen Cuts-To-Go: A large stock of frozen ‘To-Go’ beef cuts are available daily at The Siren Tavern, 3403 4th Ave S, Seattle seven days a week from 11am - 2am.
